    Our Christmas returns period runs from 1st November 2023 until 3:30pm on the 20th December 2023. If you placed an order in this time, you will have until the 12th Of January 2024 to return your item(s) for a refund/exchange. 

    If you return an item before Christmas day, this will not be classed as a Christmas present and therefore will be subject to our standard returns policy and we must receive the item(s) back within 14 days of your order delivery date.


    You will need your tracking number which we will email to you when your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated.

    Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect your parcel.

    Please bring a form of ID and confirmation of your order.



    Please note: during busy periods such as sale times there may be a delay in dispatching your parcel on the same day as your order.

    We aim for this not to happen, but in the event that this does occur, we will not be able to refund postage costs.

    All orders received before  3:30pm will usually be packed and posted the same day, orders that are received after  3:30pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders made after 3:30pm on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday (apart from bank holiday Monday's, where they will be sent on Tuesday). Any orders sent out on Friday will be received the following Monday (apart from Bank Holiday Monday's where they will be received on a Tuesday) unless you choose Saturday Delivery. will always strive to deliver UK based orders within 48 hours  on  receipt of order.



    In the unlikely event that your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated delivery period, please allow 14 working days in the event the parcel has been miss sorted. If after the 14 days the parcel has still not been delivered and your Royal Mail/DPD Tracking reference has not been updated, we can process a refund.

    Alternatively, if your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours and any 'safe areas' around your property before contacting us. If this is unsuccessful, we will proceed to open a thorough investigation with Royal Mail/DPD with regards to the whereabouts of your parcel. Please allow 30 working days for the investigation to be completed, whereby Royal Mail/DPD will be in contact with you during this period via post to confirm non-delivery of the parcel, once this is complete and the case has been finalised we will then be able to issue a refund/replacement.

    If you have not received your full order, please let us know the same day and we can have a look into this.



    If an order cannot be fulfilled in one package,(eg, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering) then we will contact you to rectify the situation.

    In the event of an order being sent in more than one despatch, there will be no additional delivery charge for customers



    All international orders aim to be packaged, posted and delivered within a 5 - 10 working day period, this can be delayed depending on the destination country.

    We use Royal Mail or DPD, depending on your location. When you receive your tracking number you will be able to track your delivery at the below websites:

    Please allow 28 working days before contacting us to give your parcel time to arrive.

    Please send an email stating that you have not taken delivery of the item. Once we have the email we can then contact the courier and start the claim process, in some cases this can take up to 30 days.

    International delivery charges vary depending on your location and weight. When items are added to the basket your delivery charge will automatically be calculated for you.

    Most international orders will be subject to duties, taxs and customs charges. These are set by the individual government in the delivery country and are calculated once your order arrives in country and will have to be paid before your item can be delivered. J.H. Masding & Son Ltd takes no liability for the payment of these charges. You should consult your government's charges for more information.



    Please be advised that due to the Royal Mail Dangerous and Prohibited Goods Guidelines, we are unable to send fragrance of any kind outside of the UK.

    For heavy or bulk orders, we may have to adjust the delivery price. When you have placed your order, we will then contact you using the

    details you provide at checkout to discuss a delivery method and charge. Please provide contact details you can be easily reached at.
